If some defects are discovered in the DEXTSolution product, it will be replaced and refunded within 30 days of purchase.
But if it's not an error of the product itself (e.g. system error of the installed web server, a developer code error, or an inexperience in use), it is not possible to replace or refund.

In particular, due to the characteristics of the ESD product, the product license registration is regarded as downloading of the installation file, and exchange/refund will be absolutely impossible. Therefore, please be sure to use only in the recommended system environment.
