- This product works only on browsers that are supported with HTML5 specification in iOS, Android, Windows Phone. Some features may be limited in webviews and non-mainstream browsers.
- The iOS/iPad mobile experience natively supports file uploads only, but Safari 13 and later supports single file downloads, and Safari 17 and later supports multiple file downloads on a limited basis (no more than 10 files to download). (File downloads may fail in cross-domain environments).
- Support is not available if product features do not work due to browser technology specification changes.
